Chris Gegelys serves as the Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary at AgNovos. In this role, Mr. Gegelys is the principal legal advisor to the company and Board of Directors on legal, governance, and risk management matters. He also leads AgNovos’ global compliance program to ensure company and business partner activities follow internal policies, local laws and regulations, and relevant industry standards. Prior to joining AgNovos, Mr. Gegelys served as the Chief Legal Officer of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and held various positions at Covance Inc., including General Counsel and a place on the Global Executive Leadership Team. Mr. Gegelys has over 25 years of experience as both an outside and in-house counsel representing drug development, non-profit, and consumer goods companies. Additionally, Mr. Gegelys has been a speaker at the BIO International Convention and the New Jersey Association of Corporate Counsel. Mr. Gegelys earned a B.A. from Franklin & Marshall College and a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
