Dr. Ronald Hill
Chief Technology Officer
Dr. Hill leads and sets the strategy with regard to product development, scientific, and engineering activities at AgNovos. In this capacity, he applies his technical expertise to identify product candidates in support of AgNovos’ technology platform and ensures current products comply with technical requirements relating to clinical development, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and commercial production and manufacturing efforts. Dr. Hill represents AgNovos within professional associations and the healthcare community, and collaborates with academics and physician-customers to ensure AgNovos products best serve the clinical needs of patients. Previously, Dr. Hill served as Senior Vice President of Research & Development and Global Regulatory Affairs at AgNovos. Prior to joining AgNovos, Dr. Hill was Vice President of R&D at Pioneer Surgical (now RTI Surgical) and was responsible for orthobiologic’s intellectual property development, regulatory approvals, post-marketing clinical study management, and clearance of eight orthopedic products. Dr. Hill then founded MxBiodevices, where, as CEO and managing partner, he was responsible for all technology commercialization efforts, fund raising, partnering, and overall company operations. Dr. Hill has twenty-five years of medical device experience with enterprises ranging from start-ups to Fortune 50 companies. He has successfully secured 19 patents and has served on a variety of boards within the nanotechnology and biotechnology spaces. Dr. Hill received his BS from University of Illinois, MS from Northern Illinois University, and PhD from University of Illinois.
