Jarrett Waldner joined the organization in 2012, helping Dr. Howe and Tanner Howe to found AgNovos. Mr. Waldner leads finance and corporate development for AgNovos, overseeing the departments’ overall operations including the development and execution of strategies and systems that manage risk as well as strategic partnerships, in and out licensing, and investor relations. Mr. Waldner also oversees the spine program at AgNovos, setting the strategic vision and ensuring delivery against key initiatives. Prior to joining AgNovos, Mr. Waldner managed strategic development for Six Flags Entertainment Corporation. During this time, he ran the evaluation and execution of all international development, licensing, and mergers and acquisition opportunities. Additionally, Mr. Waldner was responsible for the launch of new, non-core business units as well as various corporate treasury and cash management activities. He received his B.S. from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst.
